Because values aren't just statements. They are standards

This space is inclusive and compassionate, built on kindness and respect–towards yourself and others. I believe in walking the walk and I don’t separate politics from business. The systems we live in shape how we work, earn, and show up, and pretending otherwise doesn’t help anyone.

Kindness Is Non-Negotiable

People over profit, always. My work centers around community, equity, and care. No hustle culture here. I want to see more small businesses thriving, not burning out for the sake of systems that were never built for us.

People Come First

Honesty and clear communication are acts of care. Whether it’s in feedback, boundaries, or expectations—being upfront keeps everyone aligned, respected, and moving in the same direction.

Clarity is Kind

Perfection isn't the goal. And honestly, neither is progress. We’re all learning, unlearning, and doing our best with the information we have. Mistakes are part of the process, and grace is part of the growth.

Collaboration

I won't just tell you what to do, and I won't expect you to have all the answers either. Real growth happens when we BOTH show up, problem-solve, and figure it out together.

Integrity

I will do my best to always do what is right, not what is easiest. That means honest communication, transparent pricing, clear expectations, and showing up authentically. Always.

Be Kind to Yourself

Your worth isn’t tied to your productivity, your body, or how “put together” you look. You’re allowed to rest, to take up space, and to be seen as you are—without apology or perfection.

Lifelong Learning

There’s always more to learn. I believe growth comes from staying curious, listening deeply, and showing up willing to change.
